Azy Arshadi is a partner in Accounting and Tax Service, LLP.  She graduated from Pittsburg State University in 1974 with a degree in Accounting and an MBA in 1976 and began her career in 1978. For 34 years she has been dedicated to servicing her clients’ accounting and tax preparation needs.  Her client base includes the children and families of her original customers and she continually receives referrals.  Her services range from personal and business tax preparation, to corporation formation, to bookkeeping and accounting, to support for any tax agency audits.  She is supported with the latest tax preparation and bookkeeping software and an experienced staff that have worked with her for 15 years.  She expects to deliver her services with “zero defects,” no excuses!    She believes in continuing education and participates in seminars and other learning experiences keeping her skills and knowledge current in an ever changing environment.

Genous Firouzman / Partner

Genous Firouzman first began her career in 1982, working for the law offices of S.Horowitz & Company in Tel-Aviv — one of the oldest & most prestigious law firms in Israel.
She was directly in charge of all bookkeeping, accounts payables & receivables,
as well as audit preparation.

After several years of service, she moved out to Los Angeles in 1986, where she spent
the next 25 years as Chief Accountant for Nationwide Tax Consultants in Encino, California.
During her tenure, she handled all aspects of tax& accounting services, including Bookkeeping,
Payroll Services, Sales Tax services, income Tax preparations for Individuals, Corporations,
Partnerships, LLC's, Non-Profit organizations, Home Owner Associations and much more.

In 2011, Genous and her long-time friend & business partner opened their new office:
AG Accounting & Tax Services in Sherman Oaks, Ca.

Genous received her Bachelor's Degree in Accounting. She is fluent in English, Hebrew
and Farsi and enjoys spending her free time with her family.
